New wayfinding signs are being tested in downtown Mississauga cover
The City of Mississauga introduced a downtown wayfinding pilot in 2026 with more than 30 temporary signs. The project is intended to make key destinations easier to find on foot and to collect public feedback before future decisions. For visitors, the practical effect is a clearer link between City Centre destinations such as Celebration Square, the Living Arts Centre and nearby transit and shopping. Residents can review the project and share feedback through the City's official information page.
